Uganda Airlines and Air India have signed an interline agreement, effective August 25, to enhance global connectivity for passengers. This partnership allows travelers to book single tickets from Uganda’s Entebbe International Airport to over 25 cities across India and several international hubs.

• The agreement expands Uganda Airlines’ international reach to destinations including London, Singapore, Bangkok, and Colombo.
• Jenifer Bamuturaki, chief executive officer of Uganda Airlines, stated the deal strengthens economic and cultural ties and provides a smooth travel experience for customers.
• The collaboration is expected to boost tourism, trade, and cultural exchange between Africa and India, building on Uganda Airlines’ existing routes within Africa, to India, and the United Arab Emirates.
