- Despite these benefits, teachers, led by Kenya National Union of Teachers (KNUT) Nakuru boss Anthony Gioshe, have vowed to reject the switch due to concerns about SHA service quality and the mandatory 2.75 percent deduction from their gross income, which they argue constitutes double taxation.
