A new report by Viffa Consult reveals that Uasin Gishu County is Kenya's most business-friendly devolved unit for small traders, surpassing Nairobi.

Uasin Gishu scored a leading 87 percent in the Kenya County Business Support Index.
The study assessed 15 counties based on infrastructure, cost of doing business, industry support, and general trade facilitation.
Kisii County recorded the weakest performance with 42 percent, citing poor infrastructure and limited small business support.
