President William Ruto and several Cabinet Secretaries have announced a series of high-level government appointments, significantly reshaping various boards and university councils across Kenya.

• Winfrida Ngumi was reappointed as Non-Executive Chairperson of the Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) for a one-year term, effective November 28, 2025.
• Education CS Julius Ogamba oversaw numerous appointments to university councils, including Tharaka University, Kaimosi Friends University, and the University of Nairobi, with many terms effective November 28, 2025 for three years.
• Transport CS Davis Chirchir appointed individuals to the Kenya Urban Roads Authority (KURA) and Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA).
• ICT CS William Kabogo named four new members to the Media Council of Kenya for three-year terms.
• Lands CS Alice Wahome appointed six trustees to the Kenya Slum Upgrading, Low-Cost Housing and Infrastructure Trust Fund for three-year terms starting November 28, 2025.
