Chinese courts are intensifying their efforts to combat corruption within the private sector to safeguard the rights of businesses and entrepreneurs, according to an official from China's top court.
- From January to June, courts concluded 4,842 cases involving corruption by non-State employees, a 11.6 percent year-on-year increase.
- Wang Chuang, chief judge of the Supreme People’s Court’s Second Civil Division, highlighted judicial measures taken to protect businesses.
