A new medical outreach program by Dandelion Africa has started bringing essential health services to women and children in the challenging terrains of Baringo County.

• Women in Tiaty East and Tiaty West Sub-Counties are often forced to walk tens of miles to reach health centers, contributing to high rates of maternal and neonatal deaths.
• Robert Lengilip, a Community Health Promoter, emphasized the program's goal to reduce maternal mortality and improve child vaccination rates.
• The outreach includes mobile units, referred to as Back-Pack-Nurses, equipped with necessary vaccines and supplements, and aims to educate women on wellness and nutrition.
