• Six suspects, including OCS Samson Talaam and Police Constables James Mukhwana and Peter Kimani, face murder charges.
• The decision follows investigations by the Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) and the examination of evidence.
• Ojwang died on June 8, and the suspects were presented at the Kibera High Court to face charges.
