MultiChoice Kenya has announced significant price adjustments for its DStv and GOtv satellite television services, effective August 1, 2025. While most packages will see an increase due to rising operational costs, Showmax subscriptions will become more affordable.
- Most DStv packages will increase, with the Premium bouquet rising by KES 700 to KES 11,700, while DStv Lite remains at KES 750.
- For GOtv, the Value package will decrease by KES 70 to KES 599, but most other tiers, including GOtv Supa+, will see price hikes up to KES 199.
- Showmax, however, will be significantly cheaper, with the BUNDLE: GE + PL dropping by KES 200 to KES 800, reflecting a strategic move in competitor landscape.
