The China Trade Week has commenced in Kenya, bringing together over 100 exhibitors, with 88 from China, to showcase innovations in building materials, solar energy, and agricultural processing.

• Over 100 exhibitors participated in the three-day event.
• James Mureu, chairman of the state-owned Micro and Small Enterprises Authority, highlighted the fair as a crucial platform for linking Chinese manufacturers with East African entrepreneurs.
• David Wang, chairman of MIE Group, stated that the event has facilitated connections for over 10 years, hosting more than 2,000 exhibitors and supporting the growth of local industries.
