At just 19 years old, Liban Kenai Ali aims to follow in his family's athletic footsteps by representing the national football team, Harambee Stars, while pursuing a professional career.

Kenya is set to host the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN) commencing on August 2, 2025, with preparations confirmed as complete by Nicholas Musonye, chairman of the Local Organising Committee.
