The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) has secured court orders to recover Ksh 50 million worth of school land in Kitale that was illegally allocated to a former Parents Teachers Association (PTA) chairperson in 1994.

• Four hectares (9.8 acres) of land had been fraudulently converted for private commercial use, including a petrol station and rental apartments.
