Similarly, health worker unions, led by the secretary-general of KMPDU, have expressed dissatisfaction with some insurance companies, complaining they are degrading the delivery of services. Adding to these concerns, former Interior Cabinet Secretary Dr. Fred Matiangi has accused the government of discontinuing medical insurance schemes for teachers and police officers.
