Kenyan Rugby, Hockey, and Basketball Leagues Resume with Key Matches - September 2025
Several sports leagues are holding key matches this weekend across Kenya. In rugby, Nakuru RFC and Menengai Oilers are targeting a strong performance at the Kabeberi Sevens hosted at RFUEA Grounds. The Kenya Hockey Union leagues also resume, with Strathmore University Scorpions facing Kenyatta University (KU) Titans and Amira Sailors. In the men's hockey league, a clash will occur between former champions Butali Warriors and Nairobi Sikh Union. The Kenya Basketball Federation (KBF) Premier League finals for the 2024-2025 season are also set. The men's division will see former champions Kenya Ports Authority (KPA) battle current champions Nairobi City Thunder, while KPA's women's team will face Zetech University Sparks.
