Fatal School Bus Crash in Mihang'o Kills Student; KENHA Investigates Nakuru-Eldoret Highway Fissures - September 2025

A tragic road accident in the Mihango area resulted in the death of one student and left several others injured, causing significant distress within the community. The incident was a school bus crash that occurred in the Mihang’o, Chokaa area of Nairobi during the morning hours. In a separate road-related event, the Kenya National Highways Authority (KENHA) has launched an investigation into fissures that are appearing on the Nakuru-Eldoret Highway. The authority is working to determine the cause of the highway damage.
