This order is in effect during the national mourning period for the late former Prime Minister Raila Odinga. A Kenyan news report indicated that a flag was removed from DP Kindiki’s vehicle as the nation entered the seven-day mourning period in honor of Raila Odinga. The order applies to the Deputy President and Cabinet Secretaries until after the burial.
