Dagoretti North MP Beatrice Elachi launched the Huawei DigiTruck Digital Literacy Programme at Lavington Girls Secondary School, aiming to boost youth empowerment in the constituency. The program provides hands-on digital training to 250 registered youth until December 22nd, 2025.
