Police in Endebess Sub-County, Trans-Nzoia County, have apprehended six suspected members of the “Kapenguria Six” gang following a joint security operation. Two individuals, Albert Kerry Nyadianga and David Opiyo, have been arrested in connection with a scam involving the production and circulation of fake Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) 2025 result slips.

• The suspects are accused of forging and falsely publishing result slips, using them to con candidates and parents by promising grade upgrades for money.
• David Opiyo, a primary school teacher, is identified as the alleged mastermind, operating a social media group with over 45,200 followers.

Detectives from the Anti-Narcotics Unit (ANU) have intensified their crackdown on drug trafficking in Kenya, seizing approximately Sh11.6 million worth of bhang and arresting two suspects in separate operations in Nakuru and Keiyo South.

• 387 kilograms of bhang, valued at approximately Sh11.61 million, were recovered in Nakuru from a Toyota Voxy.
