NTT DATA Report: Just 11% of African Organizations Reach Top Cloud Maturity - March 2026
A new report by NTT DATA reveals that only 11% of African companies have reached the highest level of cloud maturity, despite surging demand for cloud as an AI execution layer. The report highlights a significant gap in cloud capabilities across organizations globally. At the same time, a separate report from Red Hat shows that 97% of organizations experienced at least one cloud-native security incident in the past year, revealing urgent maturity gaps and an automation mandate for security. Meanwhile, Vertiv is set to showcase its AI-ready data centre infrastructure solutions at GITEX Africa Morocco 2026 from April 7–9, addressing the growing need for infrastructure that supports AI workloads.
