Oburu Oginga has been officially ratified as the party leader of the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) following a decision by the party's Sessional Delegates Conference. This significant handover of power marks a new chapter for the influential political outfit. Gladys Wanga was voted in as National chair of ODM, further consolidating the party's leadership structure. These developments occur amid internal party tensions as Secretary-General Edwin Sifuna publicly declared the National Delegates Conference (NDC) meeting held at Jamhuri Grounds to be fake.
