Ruto Fires Back at Gachagua, Methu Over Explosive Burial Remarks - April 2026
President William Ruto publicly countered remarks made by Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua during a funeral ceremony in Nyandarua County at the burial of late Ol Kalou MP David Kiaraho. Ruto asserted his authority, stating he does not require permission to visit any part of Kenya. Former Deputy President Gachagua revealed that the late MP David Kiaraho was the architect behind his Wamunyoro residence, while setting conditions for working with Ruto.
