Upper Hill School has reclaimed the National Term One School Games rugby 15s title, defeating East Africa defending champions Kisii High School in a thrilling final in Kisumu. The championship games concluded on Saturday, marking Upper Hill's second rugby 15s title at the Brookside Secondary School Games. Separately, Butere Girls clinched the girls' football title while St Anthony were crowned champions in the boys' category at the same Brookside school games. In adult rugby, Kabras RFC secured a 29-20 victory against Menengai Oilers in an Enterprise Cup semi-final match held at Kakamega Showground.
