President William Ruto has launched a significant land initiative at Kenya's Coast, aiming to resolve decades-old land ownership disputes and resettle thousands of families. The initiative included the issuance of 33,000 title deeds to local residents. As part of this coastal tour, President Ruto and Deputy President Kithure Kindiki also inspected the ongoing construction of the Kwale-Kinango Road, which is part of the government's infrastructure development push in Kwale County. The title deed distribution began in Mombasa as a key event during the President's visit to the Coast region.
