Kenya's men's national volleyball team, the Malkia Strikers, has successfully qualified for the 2026 African Men's Nations Championship, marking a significant milestone for Kenyan volleyball. The same team, known as Wafalme Stars, also won the CAVB Zone Five qualifiers in Kampala, Uganda to secure their spot in the continental championship. Meanwhile, the Kenya Tchoukball Federation is intensifying its preparations for the African Tchoukball Championships following successful Nyanza region clinics and tournaments that identified national team talent.
