Kenya's men's national volleyball team, the Malkia Strikers, has successfully qualified for the 2026 African Men's Nations Championship, marking a significant milestone for Kenyan volleyball. This achievement follows the Wafalme Stars' conquest of Zone Five to qualify for the 2026 CAVB African Nations Championship in Kampala, Uganda. The Kenya Tchoukball Federation is simultaneously ramping up preparations for the African Tchoukball Championships after concluding successful Nyanza region clinics and tournaments aimed at identifying national team talent. Additionally, Kenya's national boxing team, the Hit Squad, is fully prepared for the second World Cup set to take place in China starting June 14.
