The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission has issued a stern warning regarding the emergence of criminal gangs that could jeopardize a peaceful election in Kenya if swift action is not taken. Treasury Cabinet Secretary John Mbadi has urged political leaders to cease misleading Kenyans regarding the Finance Bill, which is currently under review by the National Assembly.
