Kenya Kwanza leaders have lashed out at Gachagua over what they described as reckless tourism remarks. Interior Cabinet Secretary Kithure Kindiki has called on the Mt Kenya region to maintain its solidarity with the Kenya Kwanza administration, assuring them of their strong position within the government. Meanwhile, Senator Kipchumba Murkomen has issued a stern warning to politicians he alleges are funding militia groups, stating their actions risk destabilizing the country.
