An Interpol report has identified Kenya as East Africa's primary cybercrime hotspot, with attackers leveraging vulnerabilities in mobile money platforms and weak telecom infrastructure. In a separate crime incident, detectives arrested a suspected police impersonator in Kilimani, Nairobi, following a distress call from a casino, recovering a gun and 100 bullets. Additionally, a 30-year-old man, Kennedy N'geno, was fatally stabbed near Nyayo National Stadium in Nairobi following a road rage incident.
