Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka has strongly condemned escalating political violence and directly challenged President William Ruto to halt what he termed "political goonism." Further intensifying the political conflict, Former Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua has refuted claims that Uhuru Kenyatta is funding opposition efforts against President William Ruto, stating that the movement for political change is a "mass movement" driven by Kenyans and does not require external financial sponsorship.
