President William Ruto has pledged Sh1.2 billion to establish a new university in Emurua Dikirr, to be named in honour of the late Member of Parliament Johana Ngeno. During his visit to Narok County, Ruto also inspected the Emurua Dikirr Modern Market and launched a new project. Additionally, Ruto announced that the Mau Forest has been officially secured with a title deed under Narok County, stating the issue will no longer be politicized. At the same time, Ruto attacked opposition leaders for lacking policy direction while announcing a reduction in farm input prices during his Narok County tour.
