Kalonzo Leads Opposition Attack on IEBC Over 2027 Election Technology - September 2026

Opposition leaders, led by Kalonzo Musyoka, have launched a strong attack on the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), demanding a role in the preparations for the 2027 general election. At the same time, the IEBC faced criticism regarding its new election technology system for 2027, with the commission receiving significant pushback.
