Amsons Group, the parent company of Bamburi Cement, is set to invest Sh4.5 billion in building 10 Mother and Child Level 4 hospitals across Kenya within two years. At the same time, Kenya Power is investing Sh1 billion to connect Lodwar Town, Turkana County, to the national grid, aiming to replace costly and unreliable diesel generators. Separately, GT Flow Limited, previously known as Twiga Foods One Limited, has been placed under administration to facilitate debt recovery for suppliers and creditors.
