Three of five people killed in a bandit attack in the Gotu area of Isiolo have been laid to rest. The incident occurred as violence continues to affect various regions. In a separate tragic event, nine people were killed in separate road accidents in Machakos and Kisii. Meanwhile, Interior PS Raymond Omollo is appealing to youth in Karachuonyo to shun violence and avoid being exploited during political events leading up to the 2027 general election.
