Linda Mwananchi Endorses Edwin Sifuna for Presidential Race - September 2026

Leaders of Linda Mwananchi have collectively endorsed Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna to run for president. This support comes as the movement prepares to officially launch its party early October. Meanwhile, Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka has stated he will not attend Raila Odinga's memorial service in Bondo on October 15, accusing political rivals of using the former Prime Minister's death for political advantage. Kalonzo also issued a stern warning to the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), cautioning them against any interference in the upcoming 2027 elections.
