MPs Inspect Talanta Stadium Site As Construction Advances - October 2026

Members of Parliament have conducted an inspection of the ongoing construction of Talanta Stadium in Jamhuri, marking a significant new phase in the project. The National Assembly committee expressed confidence that the stadium will meet CAF standards ahead of the 2027 Africa Cup of Nations. MPs have backed Kenya's AFCON 2027 readiness following this inspection. The new 60,000-seater venue is being built in preparation for the continental tournament.
