The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) has reintroduced a Tax Amnesty Programme to assist taxpayers with unpaid taxes, which runs until June 30, 2025.

The program waives penalties, interest, and fines on unpaid taxes, starting from December 27, 2024.
Taxpayers can apply through the iTax System by following six steps.
Any unpaid penalties after June 30, 2025 will not qualify for amnesty as per the guidelines.
