The Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA) announces a one-week closure of a section of Mombasa Road for maintenance, affecting the Nairobi-bound carriageway.

The road closure is scheduled from July 5, 2025, to July 12, 2025.
KeNHA Director General Kung'u Ndungu provided the closure details.
Heavy vehicles over 3.5 tons will divert to the Kyang'ombe exit, while others will use a single lane along the affected stretch.
