The Kenya Rugby Union has launched a grassroots initiative, Pass It Back, in partnership with ChildFund Rugby and Menzies Aviation, focusing on merging non-contact rugby with life skills training for youth aged 11 to 16 years.

• Over Sh11,634,300 (USD 90,000) in sponsorship will be allocated over two years.
• Thomas Odundo, the Chief Executive Officer of KRU, emphasizes the initiative’s role in personal and community growth.
• The program aims for over 50% female participation and will equip young coaches to guide participants in resilience and teamwork.
