President William Ruto has announced new appointments to enhance service delivery in his government, according to a gazette notice dated July 4.

• John Munyu appointed as the Non-Executive Chairperson of the Pharmacy and Poisons Board for a term of three years.
• Charles Githinji has been appointed as Chairperson of the Kenya Biovax Institute, following his removal from the PPB.
• Githinji replaces Swarup Mishra, previously suspended amid allegations related to an organ trafficking scandal.
