The Kenya Meteorological Department has announced that five regions in Kenya will experience continued rains, cold weather, and strong winds over the next five days, from July 8 to July 12.

• Maximum temperatures in affected areas will be around 24°C, with minimums as low as 9°C.
• Regions including the Highlands East and West, Lake Victoria Basin, and parts of North-western Kenya are directly affected.
• Notably, areas like Turkana and Samburu will also face rains and thunderstorms, with maximum temperatures reaching 35°C.
