Two major resignations occurred within Kenyan road agencies on Friday. Eng. Kungu Ndungu stepped down as Director General of the Kenya National Highways Authority (KeNHA), and Eng. Philemon Kandie resigned as Director General of the Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA).

Eng. Kungu Ndungu's resignation is effective immediately, with Eng. Luka Kimeli appointed as Acting Director General of KeNHA.
Eng. Philemon Kandie's resignation will take effect on 11th July, 2025, with Eng. Jackson K. Magondu to serve as Acting Director General of KeRRA.
