On July 12, 2025, Gogo Mixed Secondary School and Nyakongo Girls emerged as champions in the Nyanza Region Secondary School volleyball finals held at Kisumu Boys courts, while Oyugi Ogango successfully defended their netball title against Asumbi Girls.
