The Principal Secretary of the State Department for MSMEs Development, Susan Mang’eni, has urged SMEs to seize business opportunities in the Horn of Africa region during the Global Somali Entrepreneurial Forum 2025 held in Nairobi on 19th and 20th July 2025.

• The forum highlighted the underutilized potential of the African Continental Free Trade Area (AfCFTA) protocol for youth and women in trade.
• Susan Mang’eni emphasized the need for tailored financial instruments to support intra-African trade.
• The event included prominent leaders like Aden Duale, Cabinet Secretary of the Ministry of Health, enhancing regional cooperation to unlock investments.
