The Kenya Urban Roads Authority (KURA) has announced a six-month closure of a section of Links Road in Nyali, Mombasa County, beginning on August 1, 2025, for road rehabilitation.

• The closure will last from 6 a.m. on August 1, 2025, to 6 p.m. on January 30, 2026.
• KURA is taking these measures to address flooding and drainage issues in the area.
• Motorists are advised to use alternative routes such as Mt Kenya Road and exercise caution when approaching the closed section.
