Cheche Ababu, son of former Sports Cabinet Secretary Ababu Namwamba, is set to debut in the global motorsport scene by competing in the Motorsport UK Junior Rallycross Championship at the Pembrey Circuit in Wales next weekend.

• Cheche is a 14-year-old reigning double champion in the Kenya National Cadet Junior Buggy series.
• He joins the Peter Gwynne Motorsport (PGM) Team and looks forward to racing alongside other young drivers.
