The Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) stadiums in Kenya are projected to be completed between December 2025 and June 2026, according to Sports Cabinet Secretary Salim Mvurya.

Completion of the 60,000-seater Talanta City Stadium is currently at 45%.
Facilities for the 2027 AFCON are under construction, while those for the 2024 African Nations Championship (CHAN) have been cleared.
Challenges including topographical issues and budget freezes have delayed the Wote Stadium project, now revised from a 15,000 to 5,000 seat capacity, expected to finish by December.
