The Kenyan government has implemented stringent protocols for fans attending the upcoming African Nations Championship (CHAN) starting on August 2, aimed at enhancing security and ensuring a smooth experience.

• Entry to stadiums will be restricted to fans with valid digital tickets, as physical tickets will not be accepted.
• The announcement was made by Sports Cabinet Secretary Salim Mvurya on July 23.
• Four layers of screening will be introduced at all venues to verify tickets and manage crowd flow, in line with CAF safety protocols.
