A report by Hass Consult indicates that land prices in Nairobi's satellite towns of Thika and Kiambu have decreased, while prices in various Nairobi suburbs have risen significantly.

• Land prices in Thika and Kiambu fell by 0.2% and 0.4% respectively, with current prices at Ksh30.1 million and Ksh49.7 million per acre.

• Areas like Juja, Kiserian, and Limuru saw price increases of up to 3.6%, marking a trend where Nairobi suburbs outpaced satellite towns in land price growth.
