The Kenyan government, represented by Geoffrey Ruku, Cabinet Secretary for Public Service, Human Capital Development and Special Programmes, pledged to eliminate hunger during a food distribution initiative in Moyale, Marsabit County. The initiative targets the 23 ASALs counties severely affected by drought.
