Morocco, the two-time African Nations champions, have become the first team to arrive in Nairobi for this year’s CHAN tournament, kicking off this weekend. The team landed early on Sunday.

• Morocco will begin their campaign on Sunday, August 3, against Angola at Nyayo Stadium.
• The Atlas Lions are led by head coach Tarik Sektioui.
• Prior to their travel, Morocco played two buildup matches against Burkina Faso, winning 2-1 on July 19 before losing 3-1 six days later.
