Residents of Nairobi have filed a petition with the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) to recall their Woman Representative, Esther Passaris. The petition, submitted on Monday, July 28 by activist Shakira Wafula, cites violations of the Constitution, abuse of office, neglect of duty, and breach of public trust.
